Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase in the case of a defect, you can return your order to us for a full refund excluding shipping fee within 15 days due to the nature of the products. (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another product of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping on any defective items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, just go through our easy return process by using the Product Returns form to request for a (Return Merchandise Authorization) RMA number or email our support staff at support@randoye.com and you will be provided the shipping address to return your product.

Customers will be responsible for any return fee if the reasons are outside our damaged or defective policy outlined above. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@randoye.com and you will be provided the address to ship your item to.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

Return Eligibility

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it.

* It must also be in the original packaging. 

* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.

* Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded. 

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards and coupons

* Hair attachments, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and rings.

* Downloadable pdf or digital downloads

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Full refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 15 days of receiving the order. Free exchanges are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 15 days of receiving the order. Please note that our return policy does not include bracelets, necklaces, rings and earrings, which are final sale due to hygienic reasons.

Easy Return and Exchange Process: 

1. Use the Product Returns form if you would like a refund, request a return package that includes instructions. Once you submit your return or exchange request, an RMA form will be generated and assigned to your return request, then wait 24 hours to process your request and our support will get in touch with you.

2. Print out the Product Return form filled online, include it with your shipment and write down the RMA number on the shipping label,  and then Ship your return. 

3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to be returned to your account. If you’re requesting an exchange, the products you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they’re in stock.
