How do I place an order?adedolaisaacView the products that you are interested in, click "Add to cart" and "Check out" button to place the order. Then fill in your information, submit your order. Payment can be made using your credit/debit card through our secure payment gateway. Once we are in receipt of your payment, your order will be processed.
How do I purchase a gift card?adedolaisaacWe currently do not sell gift cards. We will notify you in the future when this option becomes available.
How my order will be processed after successful checkout?adedolaisaacUpon placing your order, please allow up to 1 -2 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email or messenger.
I entered a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong option. Can I still change it?adedolaisaacIf this happens to you, email us as fast as possible, we might be able to fix it, if they haven't left our warehouse. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and shipped out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try all we can to rectify it for you, but not promising. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
I ordered multiple items, but have only received one. What’s going on?adedolaisaacOur stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order. So do not worry it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other. But 99% time we got our shipment delivered.
I like some items that are out of stock. How do I get them?adedolaisaacTo be notified if an item is restocked: Please email us the item link at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will notify you once its available.
How long does shipping takes?adedolaisaacPlease allow up to 1 -2 days for your order to processed, and an additional 3 -4 days to be shipped out. This would also depend on the availability of the items, if we the items would be sewn from scratch it would attract additional days for production. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in the Ukraine or Poland it will normally take about 1 week. For International orders, please allow up to 2 -3 weeks.
How can I get my tracking information?adedolaisaacYou will receive email notification with your tracking information once it has shipped. A tracking link will also be provided to track your shipment. The shipment status or event may not show any transit information immediately, but to only inform you that you package has been successfully processed for shipment and awaiting departure.
